If you can recall from the Hot Wheels Expedition, Haley will bring you to the gigantic Hot Wheels Launcher. Additionally, you can easily switch between the maps with the menu. That’s all you need to do if you want to get back to the ground. From there, the screen will fade to black before bringing up the views of land once again. The other option doesn’t involve driving, however: go to the Campaign tab in your menu then select to return to Mexico. Simply drive to the spot, and the game will prompt you to go back to Mexico.
